Role Overview

Do you have a keen eye for detail and an ability to make complex things simple? If so, we want you to be a part of our team! As a Customer Success Associate , you will play a pivotal role in assisting Verizon customers through the enrollment process for our products and services. You’ll ensure they have a smooth, and positive experience from start to finish.


What You'll Be Doing as a Customer Success Associate:

  • Provide outstanding support to customers by answering inquiries, assisting with product enrollment, and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Guide customers through the entire enrollment process, ensuring they understand their options and are set up for success with Verizon's services.
  • Address any challenges or concerns, turning potentially frustrating situations into positive experiences.
  • Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on all products, services, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Qualifications to be a Customer Success Associate:

  • No prior customer service experience required; we’re looking for a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Basic computer skills and a comfort level with technology.
