This Customer Success Associate position requires a unique individual who can drive aggressive sales growth while maintaining a high standard of professional communication and account advocacy. You will be responsible for identifying new leads and ensuring that once they switch to Fiber, they never want to go back.
Customer Success Associate Duties
- Drive AT&T Fiber sales through direct, customer-facing outreach.
- Ensure customer success by matching them with the right Fiber plans.
- Balance aggressive sales targets with a focus on client retention.
- Communicate professionally to set expectations for Fiber installation.
- Track customer satisfaction metrics and follow up on new accounts.
- Identify growth opportunities within your assigned Charlotte territory.
- Maintain a perfect balance of competitive drive and client empathy.
- Work with the Customer Success Associate team to improve the customer experience.
Customer Success Associate Role Requirements
