The Role
We are seeking an ambitious, strategic, and career-focused Customer Success Account Executive. In this role, you aren’t just providing support—you are a trusted advisor and a growth engine. You will manage a dedicated book of business, ensuring our partners achieve maximum value while identifying opportunities to expand our impact within their communities.
You must be business-savvy, technically adept, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your contributions directly influence the company’s trajectory.
Responsibilities
Conduct all interactions via email, phone and video conference with a customer-centered focus and professionalism
Make outbound calls to newly registered customers to explain the use, benefits and best practices of the Peachjar platform.
Use CRM to manage, respond to and track a high volume of inbound customer email inquiries and requests tailored to existing customer needs that may include but are not limited to:
Providing in depth explanations of Peachjar benefits to organization short and long term success
Identifying additional distribution opportunities to increase program participation
Developing solutions to address challenges they may be experiencing with a digital flyer platform
Reviewing report metrics to discuss improvement opportunities
Achieve monthly sales goals
Sharing best practices for flyer design and campaign distribution
Use online tools to research new potential program providers that fit within district customer criteria
Collaborate effectively with other departments to support the company’s mission, vision, and strategy
Requirements
3-5 years sales / phone / support / like-transferable experience
Customer-centric mind-set, self-starter with ability to work independently
Efficient and effective at multi-tasking
Strong excel skills
Has worked with a CRM (knowledge of Salesforce, a plus) to manage customer support and or sales
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Technologically savvy
Bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $62,000 - $68,000 per year
- Variable Compensation: In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for a performance-based commission structure.
