A Customer Solutions Sales Representative will be transforming challenges into opportunities using AT&T’s world-class suite of products. You will spend your time in the field, engaging directly with customers to understand their unique needs and matching them with the right service plans and technology.
Your Day-to-Day as a Customer Solutions Sales Representative:
Proactively engage with local residents and customers to introduce AT&T’s latest products, home services, and promotional offers.
Customer Solutions Sales Representatives create and develop an effective sales and marketing plan to effectively saturate the target area.
Manage the full-cycle sales process, from the initial presentation and solution matching to finalizing the sale and ensuring a smooth account setup.
Determine each customer’s needs and transform problems into sales opportunities, offering them a curated AT&T solution that fits their needs.
Work alongside team members to share successful outreach tactics, and contribute to the Customer Solutions Sales Representative team overall success.
Demonstrate the features and benefits of AT&T’s latest technology in a clear, persuasive, and understandable manner for all types of user in the area.
Follow company standards for professional conduct, data privacy, and ethical representation.
