We are currently looking for a Customer Solutions Representative to help White Plains residents find their perfect Verizon fit. Being a Customer Solutions Representative is about more than just problem solving; it’s also about consulting with customers to provide solutions that actually improve their lives. Since we value the expertise you bring to the table, this is a performance-driven role that rewards quality consultations and successful solution-finding.


Every Customer Solutions Representative will be tasked to:

  • Consult with customers face-to-face to analyze and upgrade their tech setups.
  • Act as the primary Verizon expert, answering complex questions with warmth.
  • Facilitate sales by focusing on the "human benefit" of Verizon technology.
  • Compete to provide the most comprehensive "Total Solution" packages.
  • Build lasting relationships to become the customer's personal tech advisor.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on Verizon’s latest releases and industry news.
  • Meet daily outreach goals while prioritizing genuine customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure perfect solution implementation.
