Provide friendly and professional customer service by phone, email, and in person.
Process customer orders accurately and enter them into the company ordering system.Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
Resolve customer concerns or issues quickly and escalate complex problems when necessary.
Coordinate with warehouse staff and delivery drivers to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered on time.
Update and maintain customer accounts, order records, and contact information.
Follow up with customers regarding order status, backorders, or delivery updates.
Assist the sales team by providing product information and supporting customer requests.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Handle returns, credits, or adjustments according to company policies.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting.
