We are looking for self-motivated, ambitious, high spirited and hardworking Customer Service Representatives to grow with our safety and medical supply company which has been around for 22 years+. We offer health insurance, paid vacation and bonus to well qualified individuals. Part time students are welcome to apply. Part Time work is from 8am to 2PM. Full time is 8 to 4pm

 

Job Description: ENTRY LEVEL Customer Service

 

Requirements:

  • 1 or more years of experience in a customer service or help desk capacity required.
  • Some experience with multiline telephones, order processing, and personal computers helpful.
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbal and written.
  • Is able to handle customer inquiries and possess a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
  • Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, and Adobe Photoshop preferred.
  • Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to accept and implement coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals.
  • Maintain a high level class of customer service/professionalism to a wide range of customers.
  • Recommend products that best suit the customer’s need.
  • High School Diploma or Some College

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service & support to customers via face to face interactions or telephone.
  • Professionally handle incoming requests from customers, take orders, inquiries, provide quotes, product information, and ensure that concerns are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
  • Diligently and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable.
  • Use automated information systems to analyze the customer’s situation.
  • Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making.
  • Handles conflicts in the best interest of both customer and company.
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.
  • Demonstrate effective soft skills, active listening, and ability to empathize with the customer’s situation.
  • Responsible for compiling and generating reports as they relate to customer service surveys.
  • The customer service representative will provide information to customers in response to inquiries about products and services, in addition to assisting individuals interested in opening accounts.
  • The representative will receive, review, check for accuracy and process orders promptly.
  • Learn and become knowledgeable of client’s products or services.
  •  Accurately log all interactions via established business process and tools.
  • Provide prompt, reliable and accurate information to customers while adjusting to the pace of the customer.
  • Demonstrate ability to identify solutions based on established processes and procedures.
  • Act with sensitivity in all customer interactions
  • Effectively manage length of customer interactions / handle time
  • Display effective  time management  and organizational skills
  • Promote teamwork and accountability
