We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our fully remote team. In this role, you’ll assist members who have requested information about their benefits by scheduling brief appointments and guiding them through a straightforward online process. No prior insurance experience is required — comprehensive training is provided.
You’ll handle basic inbound and outbound calls, respond to member questions, update account information, and complete simple online forms. Schedule and confirm virtual appointments with members
Conduct simple online presentations via Zoom
Assist with digital applications and documentation
Maintain accurate records and submit required forms
Participate in optional training and development sessions
Follow established steps to complete each file accurately
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Reliable, professional, and well-organized
Basic computer proficiency (Zoom, email, data entry)
Customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required
