Customer Service & Sales Representative (Remote)

In this role, you will connect with members who have already expressed interest in learning more about their benefits. Your main responsibility will be to book short virtual appointments and guide them through a simple online process. No previous insurance background is needed, as full training is provided from day one.

You’ll be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound communication, answering questions, updating client information, and assisting with basic online forms. • Deliver simple benefit overviews through Zoom

• Support clients with completing digital applications
