Salary Range: $50000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Engage with customers, offering them assistance and detailed information about our services and products.
Guide customers through the sales process, understanding their needs, and recommend suitable products or upgrades to meet their requirements.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed of industry best practices to provide a competitive and superior customer service experience.
Requirements
Must have a P&C Insurance License for Texas
Bi-lingual. Fluent in Spanish
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.
Excellent verbal communication skills for building rapport with customers.
Ability to address customer inquiries and provide effective solutions efficiently.
Capable of handling multiple customer cases simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of service.
Comfortable using computer systems and managing basic software applications.
Strong interpersonal skills to maintain friendly and professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
