The Team Member’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to the job duties listed below. Punctual and regular attendance is a requirement of this job. Team Member must also comply with the company drug and alcohol program.
Job Duties:
- Communicate with customers through various channels by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
- Respond to and communicate with all Customer Quality requests (Warranties, Scrap certs, and RO or PO discrepancies)
- Coordinate with Project Manager on weekly open order reports as needed by customers
- Responsible for day-to-day customer communication and timely responses to customers (ex. general inquires, quotes, follow ups, RO discrepancies, ESD’s, etc.)
- Acknowledge and resolve customer concerns and escalate them internally as required
- Conduct research with available resources to satisfy customer inquiries
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies when communicating externally and internally
- Communicate customer needs internally to Project Manager/GPM
- Maintain internal customer documentation and trackers
- Provide support for Sales Team as needed
- Other related duties may be assigned
Required Skills:
- Must be detail oriented, organized, and efficient, have the ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and balance workload with minimal supervision.
- PC skills required - Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and experience with resource planning software is desirable.
- Must have strong communication skills both verbal and written. Be able to read and write English, understand and adhere to oral and written instructions, communicate in a clear and concise manner, and use basic math skills.
Education/Experience:
- Minimum of a high school education and two years of customer service-related experience.
- Previous experience using MRP / ERP systems is preferred.
