Responsibilities of the Customer Service Sales Representative:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business
- Provide accurate product/service information and assist with purchases
- Upsell or recommend additional products and services to meet customer needs
- Resolve customer issues effectively, escalating when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM system
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications of the Customer Service Sales Representative:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
