Customer Service Sales Representative

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships while actively identifying new sales opportunities. Youll deliver exceptional service to our current clients, assist inbound prospects, and proactively engage in outbound calls to generate and close new business.

• Assisting current clients in understanding their needs & assisting with finding solutions
• Managing workflow in an organized manner and following up on client service needs promptly
• Seeking to help prospects with new business opportunities & finding the best fit for their needs
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and office sales targets
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing referral partners while actively developing new personal referral networks
