Customer Service Representative - Work From Home

We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our fully remote team. In this role, you’ll assist members who have requested information about their benefits by scheduling brief appointments and guiding them through a straightforward online process. No prior insurance experience is required—comprehensive training is provided.

Job Responsibilities
Schedule and confirm appointments with members who have requested information
Conduct short virtual presentations using Zoom
Assist with digital applications and required documentation
Maintain accurate records and submit completed files
Participate in optional training and development sessions
Follow established steps to ensure each case is completed properly
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable, professional, and well organized
Basic computer proficiency (Zoom, email, simple data entry)
Customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required
