Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, delivering virtual presentations, completing documentation, and participating in ongoing skill and leadership development. Core Responsibilities

  • Make and receive calls with individuals who have requested benefit information

  • Schedule and conduct virtual appointments via Zoom

  • Present and explain insurance products and benefit packages clearly and professionally

  • Accurately complete and submit digital applications

  • Track and report daily activity metrics

  • Attend optional training and development sessions

  • Complete follow-up items requested by underwriting to help finalize approvals

  • Maintain quality standards and compliance throughout the process

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Effective time-management and organizational abilities

  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset, not required)

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail is helpful but not mandatory
