Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, delivering virtual presentations, completing documentation, and participating in ongoing skill and leadership development. Core Responsibilities
Make and receive calls with individuals who have requested benefit information
Schedule and conduct virtual appointments via Zoom
Present and explain insurance products and benefit packages clearly and professionally
Accurately complete and submit digital applications
Track and report daily activity metrics
Attend optional training and development sessions
Complete follow-up items requested by underwriting to help finalize approvals
Maintain quality standards and compliance throughout the process
Minimum Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Effective time-management and organizational abilities
High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset, not required)
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail is helpful but not mandatory
