Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with members through a mix of inbound and outbound communication
  • Schedule and lead virtual meetings to review benefit options
  • Deliver clear, engaging presentations tailored to each client’s needs
  • Guide members through a simple enrollment and documentation process
  • Keep detailed and accurate client records using digital systems
  • Follow up professionally to ensure a smooth and positive experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs
