This is a fully remote position, with all interactions conducted through virtual meetings and phone communication. It offers the flexibility of working from home while building strong communication skills and gaining valuable professional experience in a structured, supportive environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Connect with members through both inbound and outbound calls
  • Schedule and conduct virtual appointments to review benefit options
  • Present program details clearly and professionally via online meetings
  • Guide members through simple enrollment and application processes
  • Maintain accurate records and document all client interactions
  • Follow up to ensure a smooth and positive member experience
  • Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and leadership development

Qualifications
