We are currently looking for driven and dependable individuals to join our fully remote team. In this position, you will support members who have requested information about their benefits by coordinating short appointments and walking them through a simple, user-friendly online process. No previous insurance experience is necessary, as full training and support are provided.
In this role, you’ll manage a combination of inbound and outbound communication, answer member inquiries, update account details, and assist with completing basic online forms. Key Responsibilities
Schedule and confirm virtual appointments with members
Deliver simple presentations through Zoom
Assist clients with digital applications and required documentation
Maintain accurate records and submit necessary forms
Participate in optional training and development programs
Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
Qualifications
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Organized, reliable, and professional mindset
Comfortable with basic computer tools (Zoom, email, data entry)
