Core Responsibilities

  • Connect with members through inbound and outbound calls

  • Schedule and lead virtual appointments to review benefit options

  • Present program details clearly and professionally through online meetings

  • Assist members with straightforward enrollment and application steps

  • Maintain accurate records and document all client interactions

  • Follow up to ensure a smooth, positive member experience

  • Participate in ongoing coaching, skills training, and leadership development

Qualifications
