This is a fully remote position, with all responsibilities conducted through virtual meetings and phone communication. It offers flexibility while allowing you to strengthen your communication skills and build valuable professional experience in a structured environment.
Core Responsibilities
Connect with members through inbound and outbound calls
Schedule and lead virtual appointments to review benefit options
Present program details clearly and professionally through online meetings
Assist members with straightforward enrollment and application steps
Maintain accurate records and document all client interactions
Follow up to ensure a smooth, positive member experience
Participate in ongoing coaching, skills training, and leadership development
