Key Responsibilities
Communicate with members through inbound and outbound phone calls
Schedule and conduct virtual appointments to review available benefit options
Deliver clear, engaging online presentations explaining program details
Guide clients through simple enrollment and application processes
Accurately document interactions and complete required records
Follow up with members to ensure a positive and professional experience
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development

Qualifications
