This position is fully remote, with all responsibilities handled through virtual meetings, offering flexibility while developing strong communication and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with members through inbound and outbound phone calls

  • Schedule and conduct virtual appointments to review available benefit options

  • Deliver clear, engaging online presentations explaining program details

  • Guide clients through simple enrollment and application processes

  • Accurately document interactions and complete required records

  • Follow up with members to ensure a positive and professional experience

  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
