Is This You?
• You have 1–2 years of experience in a veterinary client-facing role.
• You’re the kind of person who can make anyone feel welcome—from nervous pet parents to excited new puppy owners. • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle phones, appointments, and in-person clients with ease. • You’re highly organized and detail-oriented—nothing slips through the cracks on your watch.
• You communicate clearly, kindly, and professionally—whether it’s over the phone, email, or in person.
• You’re comfortable discussing services, estimates, and payments with confidence and empathy.
• You’re a team player who supports both clients and the medical team to keep the day running smoothly.
• You genuinely love animals (even the spicy ones).
Bonus Points If You:
• Have experience with veterinary software (Evet, Avimark, ezyVet, etc.)
• Are Fear-Free Certified or interested in becoming certified
• Bring a sense of humor and love being part of a fun, collaborative team
