Salary Range: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Maintain and manage marketing programs
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Document each customer contact in Apex.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
• Having your insurance license is a bonus but not a requirement
