Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer complaints, returns, and warranty claims, facilitating resolutions in line with company policy.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of manufactured products, components, and production capabilities.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding order delays, changes, or new product information.
- Document all customer interactions, order details, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
Recommended Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems for order processing and customer data management.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, product specifications, or supply chain logistics.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical or logistical customer inquiries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
