What You’ll Be Doing as a call center Customer Service Representative
- Responding to incoming client calls with a friendly attitude.
- Providing exceptional service that embodies our company's values.
- Solving customer issues with practical problem-solving skills.
- Maintaining organization and efficiency while in a fast-paced environment.
- Building relationships with customers by being patient and respectful.
