Customer Service Representative/Warehouse Rep.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative/Warehouse Rep
Reports To: Branch Manager
Electronic Entry Distributors (EED) is seeking a motivated Customer
Service Representative to join our inside sales team. In this role, you
will support customers by providing quotes, product information, order
processing, and technical assistance. This position requires strong
communication skills, sales skills, attention to detail, and the ability to
manage the full order-fulfillment process.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding pricing,
inventory, product features, and installation information.
2. Convert quotes into sales orders by entering and following up on
customer requests.
3. Manage daily tasks: quotes, orders, invoicing, and warehouse
duties to include shipping products, receiving products, and
restocking shelves.
4. Provide order-processing support including picking, packing, and
shipping coordination.
5. Schedule shipments via UPS & LTL.
6. Follow up on delinquent or past-due invoices to ensure prompt
payment.
7. Support inventory control efforts to ensure first in first out
process.
8. Assist in all areas of branch operations needed, including
warehouse tasks.
9. Process product warranty returns (RMA’s) according to company
and vendor guidelines.
10. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, showroom, and
branch environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Computer proficiency, including data entry and system navigation.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
4. Customer Service mindset with a professional, positive attitude.
5. Prior experience in sales, customer service, and order fulfillment.
6. Experience in access control, automation, or related industries is a
plus but not required.
7. Reliable and committed to company work hours.
