The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at Mamba Marketing, you'll support our internal teams and partner organizations by handling inbound inquiries, scheduling appointments, and keeping communication flowing smoothly. You'll play an important role in ensuring both our sales professionals and customers have a seamless, professional experience.

What You'll Do
Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally and efficiently
Provide clear, accurate information to customers and internal team members
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
Maintain and update records in internal systems and CRMs
Assist with general administrative and customer support tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
