Toledo Tire & Auto Care is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative who takes pride in helping people, communicating clearly, and creating a great customer experience from the first phone call to the final follow-up.
We are a locally owned company with over 100 years of service in the Toledo community, and we believe the customer experience begins with the person answering the phone.

Compensation:$18 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling service appointments
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about their needs
- Help coordinate the daily service schedule with the shop team
- Follow up with customers regarding their vehicle service
- Support the service advisor team with administrative and customer communication tasks
- Deliver a friendly, professional experience that builds long-term customer relationships
- Manage parts returns
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of customer service experience required
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
