Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a strong, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role primarily handles customer interactions via email and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage high volumes of communication and completes daily responsibilities within the same day. This department is currently undergoing improvements and restructuring. We are looking for someone patient, adaptable and solution-focused who is willing to work through growing pains as processes and workflows are refined.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Pay: $24/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions primarily through email.
• Respond to inquiries accurately and in a timely manner.
• Process orders, updates, and requests with strong attention to detail.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments regarding inventory and order status.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure daily workload is completed each day.
• Assist in improving department organization and workflow processes.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE STRONG previous customer service experience in a warehouse setting.
• Warehouse Inventory experience required.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Patient and adaptable during departmental changes.
