Key Responsibilities:

  • ​As a leader in Customer Service Representative, you will oversee daily marketing and brand awareness for the Frontier campaign. 

  • ​Execute client retention strategies to ensure high-quality customer acquisition and long-term satisfaction.  

  • ​Act as a primary Account liaison, providing exceptional customer service and tailoring brand inspired solutions to our clients.
