General Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for our customers. This role is responsible for providing accurate information regarding products and services, processing incoming orders, and resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers and internal employees via phone, email, and in person regarding:
Product and service inquiries
Order placement and updates
Shipping dates and delays
Complaints or issue resolution
Receive and process incoming orders via email, phone, fax, or other electronic methods
Accurately and timely enter orders, return authorizations, change notes, and other relevant information into the system in accordance with company procedures
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, orders, complaints, and actions taken
Answer incoming phone lines and direct calls appropriately
Fill in as Switchboard Operator when requested by a supervisor
Perform additional clerical, administrative, and office duties as assigned
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Professional and courteous customer service demeanor
Basic computer proficiency and data entry experience
Additional Requirements
Authorization to work in the United States is required
