We're looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to give our Comfort Club Members white glove service by scheduling maintenance visits, managing members renewals and customer communication.

Position: Customer Service Coordinator
Pay: $18.00 - 20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm
What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinate and schedule Comfort Club preventative maintenance visits to ensure timely service for members
- Manage membership renewals, including proactive customer outreach and follow-up communication
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding maintenance plans, billing questions, and program details
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company database
- Collaborate closely with service technicians and dispatch to optimize scheduling efficiency and route planning
- Promote and educate customers on Comfort Club benefits to increase engagement and retention
- Support administrative functions and generate reports related to membership performance and program metrics
- Use ServiceTitan daily to manage scheduling and communications
- Work independently and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations
What We're Looking For:
- 2 or more years of related experience in an office setting in customer service, schedule coordinating or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Sales experience preferred
- Proficiency with basic computer skills and Microsoft Office
- Data Entry skills
- Organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Service Scheduling / Coordinating experience desired
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry is recommended but not required
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
