We are seeking a motivated Full-Time Customer Service Representative to support clients, manage orders, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
This is an onsite position in Richmond, VA. Ideal for high school graduates or adults looking to build professional skills in customer service and marketing.
What You'll Do
- Enter and manage customer orders
- Track orders from entry through completion
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist with product, return, and shipping questions
- Maintain accurate documentation and workflow
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication
What We're Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-first mindset and positive attitude
- High attention to detail and accountability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
