Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Portage, MI
Type: Contract
Compensation: $20/hr
Hours: Mon- Fri 8am- 5pm

Responsibilities

• Provide customer services related to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications.
• Ensure good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with consumer laws.
• Develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.
• Create improvement plans in response to customer surveys.
• Follow clearly defined procedures and tasks, utilizing guidelines to aid in decision making.
• Work within well-defined procedures involving a variety of work routines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 or more years of experience in customer service or related roles.
• Knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training.
• Basic understanding of work routines and procedures in customer service discipline.
• Ability to work within well-defined procedures and guidelines.
