Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative
- The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming calls and assist customers with basic questions
- Provide helpful, friendly support while resolving customer requests
- Enter customer information into the system and keep records updated
- The Customer Service Representative will work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

- The Customer Service Representative should be comfortable communicating with customers in person or over the phone
