Customer Service RepresentativeMain Objectives:

 

  • Mentor, train, and guide a sales team to exceed targets.

  • Drive team performance through exceptional sales techniques and a competitive environment.

  • Conduct regular coaching sessions for feedback, goal setting, and celebrating successes.

  • Lead new business development by engaging prospective AT&T business clients in-person.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand client base and market share for AT&T.

  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with fellow Entry Level Sales Managers and upper management to align goals and contribute to business growth.
