We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our amazing team.
- Maintain correspondence with customers
- Track and update status reports
- Creating and submitting quotes
- Create invoicing.
- Handle & resolve customer issues
- Maintain various internal and external reports
- Creating and submitting quotes
- Invoicing and maintaining customer aging accounts
- Excel, Word, and Outlook
