Customer Service Representative (Personal Lines)

Our independent property and casualty insurance agency in northern Baltimore County is seeking an experienced Personal Lines CSR to join our great team!

We offer:

• A competitive salary & benefits package based on experience
• Opportunity to work 9-hour days with every other Friday off (or another selected day )
• In addition to salary, new and renewal commissions are paid on new customers brought to the agency by account managers.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems.
• Assisting producers in quoting or remarketing, and servicing existing accounts.
• Fostering strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.

Overall, were looking for a full-time licensed CSR with the following:

• Strong communication skills & customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• A genuine desire and enjoyment in helping others
• Preferred, but not required, is experience servicing personal lines insurance policies and an active MD or PA Property & Casualty Insurance license (new hire will be required to pass the P&C insurance license exam within the first 90 days).
