Customer Service Representative (Part Time)

Location:
Doral / Miami, FL (In Office)

Pay:
$15 per hour

Schedule:
Part Time – 20 hours per week (4 hours per day)

About the Position:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual for a part time customer service and office support role.

This position includes outbound calling and appointment setting, along with light recruiting and onboarding support.

This is an entry level opportunity with training provided.

Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with job applicants (recruiting)
• Assist with onboarding new hires
• Make outbound calls to businesses to set appointments
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
• Perform basic office tasks using Microsoft Office

Requirements:

• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls daily
• Customer service or call center experience preferred
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Reliable and punctual
