Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative will assist clients over the phone with their financial-related questions and concerns. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced call center setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls and provide helpful, accurate information regarding financial accounts
• Research and resolve customer concerns while ensuring high service quality
• Log interactions and follow-up actions in internal systems
• Maintain compliance with applicable guidelines and procedures
• Support team initiatives and contribute to a positive customer experience

Qualifications:

• Prior customer service or call center experience is preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate computer systems and input data accurately
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are encouraged to apply
