Title:

Customer Service Representative III

Duration:

4 months (Contract with possible extension or temp. to hire)

Shift:

8am – 5pm (Mon – Fri)

Pay rate

$25 - $28/hour on W2 (without benefits)

Responsibilities:

Perform Customer Service Support functions as the first point of contact with the customer.

Adhere to ISO9001 Customer Service Procedures and Work Instructions.

Maintain Quote Log and Production Order Log Tracking Database.

Utilize the ERP-LX (Order Entry) system.

Provide Part, Pump, Motor quotes to customers as required.

Assist with Warranty claim Processing.

Assist with Credit Memo / No Charge requirements.

Preparing the customer communication folder.

Perform Order Entry Processing and provide Order Status updates as required.

Process Change orders (address changes, schedule date, carrier changes).

Assist Sales teams with customer support activities.

Understand and perform Export Compliance tasks as required.

Interface with the customer to assist in resolving AR Collections Dispute Resolution issues.

Serve as the operational bridge between customers and company’s internal teams

Promptly handle customer inquiries (phone, email, etc.) and deliver excellent service

Process, track, and document orders (from simple to complex projects)

Coordinate order details, quotations, pricing, and shipping with relevant teams

Resolve billing and order discrepancies; liaise with A/R and other functions

Support the sales team with product documentation and customer insights

Participate in internal process improvements and support cross-team collaboration

Other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.


Qualifications:

High School Diploma. Prefer associates degree individuals or some level of college experience.

1+ years’ experience in order management, customer service, or account management

Data Entry and SAP 1 year

Experience with billing, quoting, and related administrative tasks

Strong financial/accounting skills required. Problem solving skills and strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Must be knowledgeable in MS Office applications.

5-10 years’ experience
