We are seeking a Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Duties Include:
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Be able to work overtime and on Saturdays during tax season.
• Must be professional and courteous.
• Be familair with tax forms.
• Assemble tax returns for individual and entity tax returns.
• Input accounting information into QuickBooks and other accounting programs.
• Maintain and clean up various databases.
• Maintain office inventroy and supplies.
• Other general office duties such as working with the postage machine, scanner & etc.
