Customer Service Representative
Location: Norwood, NJ
Schedule: On-site | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Salary: $50,000 annually
About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a growing product division within the company. This role involves managing customer communications, order processing, and service inquiries. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while delivering exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ERP order entry, order processing, and follow-up throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Respond to customer emails and calls, including stock checks, order status updates, production process questions, price quotes, and testing inquiries.
- Conduct back‑order and stock analysis and prepare requests for production teams.
- Prepare and organize shipping documents with a high level of accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal Customer Service and Sales teams to provide timely, solution‑focused support.
- Maintain a customer‑centric approach and contribute to continuous service improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and proactive work habits.
- Effective problem‑solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a product‑based environment.
- Team‑oriented mindset with the willingness to help where needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required.
- Ability to interpret visual layouts or familiarity with design industries is helpful but not mandatory.
