What You'll Do
You'll manage key customer relationships and make sure every interaction runs smoothly, from order entry to issue resolution. You'll be trusted to handle complex situations with confidence and judgment, not a script.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails across multiple accounts
- Provide price quotes, enter orders, and follow up on sales leads
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions
- Go the extra mile to ensure every customer feels heard and valued
What You'll Bring
- 2–4 years of customer service experience (manufacturing, distribution, or similar environment preferred)
- Strong communication and listening skills; you know how to keep calm and clear under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and comfort juggling multiple priorities
- Comfort with phones, email, and basic computer systems
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- A positive, professional approach; you know how to balance empathy with efficiency
