Customer Service Representative - No Experience Required

Duties and Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative

• As a  Customer Service Representative you will respond to client inquiries via email, phone and chat platforms
• Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and strengthen customer support initiatives
• As a Customer Service Representative you will assist with client queries ensuring efficient customer support throughout.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
• the Customer Service Representative will identify opportunities to enhance overall customer support delivery.

Requirements for the Customer Service Representative

• High School diploma or GED
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
• Ability to multi tasks 
• Eager to learn and grow in a customer support centric role
