Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fast-paced call center environment. In this role, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls and customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate support through phone and email communication.
Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Process customer requests including orders, substitutions, pickups, and return credits
- Provide support for special customer requests with accuracy and professionalism
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls using a multi-line phone system
- Collaborate with various departments within the Distribution Center as needed
- Maintain accurate data entry and documentation of customer interactions
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
- Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Skills Required
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment
- At least 6 months of data entry experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to interact with customers daily via phone and/or in person
- Proficiency in computer systems and applications
- Ability to pass a post-offer background check and drug screening
Education
- High School Diploma or GED
Pay Rate
- $16 per hour (Compensation is offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
