Description:
- Under the general supervision of a Manager.
- Primarily responsible for triaging inbound calls from customers while ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Assist Health Plan Customers with inquiries regarding:
- Enrollment Information
- Premium Payment Options
- Requests for Health Plan materials
- Health Plan Exchange Product information
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer contact.
- Communicate effectively with customers.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Maintain good working relationship with co-workers.
Standard Computer Programs Used in the Department:
- Epic
Required Skills and Minimum Years of Experience:
- A High School diploma with some college level course work preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service required.
- Strong background in Call Center, Medical, Insurance preferred.

- None required.
