Description:

  • Under the general supervision of a Manager.
  • Primarily responsible for triaging inbound calls from customers while ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Assist Health Plan Customers with inquiries regarding:
    • Enrollment Information
    • Premium Payment Options
    • Requests for Health Plan materials
    • Health Plan Exchange Product information
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer contact.
  • Communicate effectively with customers.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Maintain good working relationship with co-workers.


Standard Computer Programs Used in the Department:

  • Epic


Required Skills and Minimum Years of Experience:

  • A High School diploma with some college level course work preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service required.
  • Strong background in Call Center, Medical, Insurance preferred.


Specific Licensures and Certifications/Registrations Required:

  • None required.
