Responsibilities

  • Order Management (65% - 70%)
    • Manage orders for a group of customers within one or multiple markets.
    • Learn and understand products and customers/markets to offer proactive solutions.
    • Responsible for approximately 2,000 orders per year, with acknowledgment within 24 hours of receipt.
    • Execute all quote to cash responsibilities including order entry, customer master settings, and automated AEN output.
    • Monitor orders for on-time delivery or renegotiate delivery dates, within service guidelines.
    • Review inventory and manage order confirmation and backorder processing.
    • Use tools and reports to understand order process status and identify areas of concern.
  • Resolving Issues (10% - 20%)
    • Resolve crisis situations while maintaining customer relationships.
    • Enter and close complaints in the specific complaint system within established service levels.
    • Investigate and resolve residuals promptly, creating credits and adjustments within authorized limits.
    • Frequently recommend and initiate improvements.
  • Training (5%)
    • Participate in all required training for new processes, reports, and process changes.
    • Maintain personal ISO training records.
  • Additional Activities (10%)
    • Review and recommend revisions for ISO procedures.
    • Perform additional business-specific activities as directed to support sales and distribution processes.
    • Attend supply chain and S&OP meetings and communicate changes to the team.
