As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of creating positive client experiences, assisting with inquiries, guiding customers through solutions and helping our business maintain its reputation. As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Directly respond to client inquiries about services, billing, accounts, and offerings, ensuring clarity and support.
- Use CRM systems to track client interactions, updates, and feedback to keep records organized and actionable.
- Escalate complex issues to senior or technical teams to maintain smooth resolutions.
- Collaborate with fellow B2B Customer Service Representatives, technical and other customer service teams to deliver a consistent experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed on product updates and customer service tools.
- Assist with service adjustments, plan changes, renewals and account management.
- Support customers while building relationships that foster satisfaction and loyalty.
The ideal Customer Service Representative will have:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, client engagement or sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A detail-oriented approach with the ability to handle multiple requests efficiently.
- A customer-focused mindset and eagerness to provide supportive service.
- Comfortable using digital platforms to document interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Excellent customer service skills and the confidence to manage client interactions with professionalism.
