Hours: M-F 8:30 am - 5:00 pm CT
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day interactions between the company and customers to ensure a consistent and engaging customer experience.
- Engage with internal and external customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, faxes, and emails, efficiently resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
- Document notes in relevant systems and communicate effectively via email with clients while on calls.
- Support sales interface and uphold standards for quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Customer-facing experience required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, primarily over the phone.
- Ability to switch between applications while on calls, including logging notes and sending emails.
- High school diploma required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Ability to handle a high volume of work efficiently.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change gears quickly and work well under pressure.
- Solid interpersonal and organizational skills with a proven ability to work within a team setting.
