What You’ll Do (Your Day-to-Day)

Be the Voice of the Brand:
  • Support customers over the phone with empathy, accuracy, and a smile they can hear.
  • Listen actively and guide customers to the best resolution.
  • Handle escalations calmly and professionally.

Think Like a Problem Solver:
  • Investigate issues and approve adjustments, returns, and solutions.
  • Make judgement calls within guidelines.
  • Follow up to ensure customers walk away happy.

Deliver Service With Integrity:
  • Provide honest, transparent, values-led support.
  • Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Stay sharp on product updates, policies, and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 1+ year experience in customer service (retail, call center, hospitality — all great!).
  • Strong communicator with the ability to de‑escalate gracefully.
  • Quick thinker who adapts to new situations easily.
  • Reliable, honest, and committed to doing the right thing.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Tech-savvy multitasker who can navigate multiple systems at once.
